Pizza night

To keep things fun we are learning that buddies are always a plus for activities--both parents and kids! Our good friends came over for a fun night of pizza, hot tubbing, and kid movie bliss! (Although the pizza wasn't as good as normal I think we all had fun!) It's a must to do again- - -the hot tub ending time was much disputed.

Hanging out inside. . .

After Christmas we did finally get a couple weeks of crappy air. So, inside play became a little tricky keeping them entertained. But we have managed. Cooper loves to help make bread, paint, anything that involves him and someone's attention. Cameron just wants to copy everything he does. So, as long as Cam can somewhat be involved, we are all happy! Luckily, when Brenden gets home from work, wrestling with dad is always great!

Cooper also became a "Sunbeam" at church. Which, when it comes to class time he LOVES! He has to be the leader down the hall. But in Primary, with all the other kids, he's still a little shy. He has 5 other boys his age, no girls (poor teachers!)

Bath time with the two boys!

Well, every since Cameron has finally gotten big enough to hold his own (And Cooper able to understand that he has to be gentle with Cam) bath time has become very wet and somewhat entertaining. Cameron loves to bath! Not too hot on a shower. Cooper. . . it just depends on the day. Sometime only a shower will do.

Sledding with Papa

Christmas time was fun and filled with snow. We spent many hours behind papa's sled. Once Cooper finally decided to ride in it he was hooked. Cameron still likes to ride up on the 4 Wheeler--he tends to fall asleep in the sled.

Winter time snow!

Right at Christmas the snow fell. . . and piled up everywhere! Brenden finally got a plow for the Rhino instead of the 4 wheeler. (I'll have to get those pictures up!) Cooper and Cameron love riding in it but most of all, they like playing in the big piles at the end.

Fall Zoo

On a crisp fall day we headed for the zoo. Best part. . .no one else there! The animals were all up and moving around. Cooper loved the monkeys! Cam loved the elephants. They both loved playing at the end. Cooper did have to ride the train twice! Good thing Grandpa didn't mind!

Happy Halloween!!!

This year Cooper was all about trick or treating. We cut our loop time down from an hour last year to 45 minutes this year with a few more houses added. The routine was: ring the door, look in the window to see if someone was coming, say trick or treat, thank you, and happy halloween as we were departing. About 45 minutes after we were home Cooper was ready to go again! Cameron was happy to ride on his dad's shoulders and watch the festivities in his lion costume. Another first time experience was Cooper cleaning out his own pumpkin (we are not yet to carving his own pumpkin). He was pretty good at it although, he did not care to touch it with his hands. He preferred to use a large spoon.
